By using this website or engaging in services provided by Avanzare Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
We provide digital marketing services including local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, website improvements, and paid advertising management.
2. Performance Guarantee
Certain service packages may include a performance-based guarantee. Where explicitly stated in writing, we guarantee defined ranking improvements within a specified timeframe.
“Results” are defined in your individual agreement, including keyword targets, service areas, and measurement methods.
If results are not achieved within the agreed timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
3. Guarantee Conditions
The guarantee is only valid if the client:
- Maintains the service for the full agreed timeframe
- Provides all required access (Google Business Profile, website, etc.)
- Does not make conflicting changes without approval
- Follows all reasonable recommendations
Failure to meet these conditions voids the guarantee.
4. No Guarantee Plans
Some service plans do not include a money-back guarantee. These will be clearly stated prior to purchase. By selecting such a plan, you agree that no refunds will be issued.
5. Payments & Refunds
All payments are due as agreed before work begins unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are only issued if:
- A guarantee was explicitly included
- All conditions were met
- The agreed results were not achieved
No refunds are issued for partial work, early termination, or lack of cooperation.
6. No Absolute Control Disclaimer
Search rankings and advertising performance depend on factors outside our control, including competition and algorithm changes.
We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, or business outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business interruption.
8. Intellectual Property
All strategies, systems, and materials remain our property unless otherwise agreed. Clients may use deliverables for their business.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated or cooperation is not maintained.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
